ScoreFlippers Money Rules & Financial Standards

Rule #1: Professional Conduct & Platform Integrity
ScoreFlippers provides a high-performance cloud platform to streamline the gymnastics experience. We operate on a basis of mutual respect.
-- Zero Tolerance: Illegal attempts to bypass security, fraudulent payment submissions, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access.
-- Monitoring: All actions are tracked and logged. Failure to comply with platform standards will result in legal action, collections, administrative fines, and a permanent ban from the ScoreFlippers ecosystem.
Rule #2: Secure Payment Mandate (New for 2026)
To ensure the sustainability of our service and protect our Event Hosts, ScoreFlippers no longer accepts "I-Owe-You" (IOU) or non-traceable payment arrangements. * All registrations and fees must be settled via verified electronic payment at the point of transaction.
The 0% ACH Standard: As a concession to our customers, ACH Merchant Processing Fees have been reduced to 0%. This provides a secure, traceable digital trail equivalent to a check without the associated merchant fees or security risks of informal "pay-later" schemes. Note - Your league or Club may choose to utilize an ACH fee - that's up to them, not us.
Rule #3: Credit Card Authorizations & Validations
When submitting a credit card for any registration or petition, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on your account by the merchant processor.
-- Purpose: This hold validates the account to ensure funds are available for the Meet Manager’s approval process.
-- Resolution: This is not a permanent charge; the merchant processor will release the hold automatically per your bank’s standard timeline.
Rule #4: ACH (Electronic Check) & NSF Protocols
While ACH is our preferred 0% fee method, it requires account liquidity.
-- NSF / Failed Transaction Fees: If an ACH transaction is declined due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or any other banking error, a $35.00 processing fee will be applied. The transaction will be resubmitted for the original amount plus the fee.
-- Account Eligibility: Repeat NSF offenders will have their accounts marked as ineligible for ACH usage, requiring future payments to be made via credit card (subject to standard processing fees).
Rule #5: GENIE & CLASS Disbursement Schedules
Deposits to Event Managers/Clubs for collected funds (less applicable service fees) are governed by the following safety protocols:
-- Thresholds: Deposits occur when the accrued amount reaches $50,000.00 or during weekly reconciled cycles. Note: ACH payments require up to 10 business days for full merchant settlement.
-- The 10% Reserve: For Event Registrations, 10% of the total amount due is held until the conclusion of the meet. This reserve covers potential chargebacks, NSFs, or required refunds.
-- Direct Deposit: SF CLASS funds are deposited weekly for clubs utilizing their own Merchant Account.
-- Transfer Costs: The customer/host is responsible for any incurred wire or transfer charges.
Rule #6: Refund & Liability Limitations
ScoreFlippers is a technology provider, not an event organizer.
-- Refund Authority: We are not authorized to approve refunds for events, classes, or organizations. All refund requests must be directed to the League, Club, or Meet Manager.
-- Non-Refundable Fees: ScoreFlippers Service Fees and Merchant Processing charges are earned at the time of transaction and are non-refundable.
-- Liability Limits: ScoreFlippers is not liable for internet disruptions, device failures, "Acts of God," or user error. Crucially, as of Jan 1, 2026, we are not liable for, nor will we recognize, any "IOU" promises made outside of our secure payment gateway.
Rule #7: Order Confirmations & Transparency
-- No Secret Charges: All service charges are disclosed prior to checkout.
-- Reporting Issues: If you do not receive a digital confirmation immediately after payment, you must notify us. We rely on user feedback to resolve technology challenges in real-time.
Who You Are Buying From
-- We make Events, Classes and Registrations happen for our Customers. These are not our events, meets, scores or classes. If there is a discrepancy, please visit with the host gym. We'll be fair if there's a failure to process on our side, however, we are not liable for Internet Connections, Device Issues, Technology Failures, Acts of God, Bad user behavior, Customer, Host, Club, Class Manager or Meet Manager mistakes, pricing changes, promises, or IOU's, intentional or unintentional harm or user error. Anything else, we are here to help, but we don't control the Event or club's money.
